Where have I been?

     Since my last post, I've been doing a lot of reading.  In doing so, I've discovered two fantastic resources for nutrition, exercise, and weight management.

     The first is a blog written by Mark Sisson entitled Mark's Daily Apple.  Hands down, some of the best writing out there.  Interesting, topical, and easy-to-understand.  Check it out here.

     The second is by a gentleman named Andrew B.  I'm not sure exactly how I came across him, but I'm really glad I did.  One of his webpages is available here.

     As you know, I've set a goal to be in top shape in less than 9 months (September 20, 2012).  Although my goal is unchanged, my method for achieving it has changed; several times!  I've learned (the hard way) that depriving myself is a "recipe" for disaster!  My main challenge is when I have a "treat", to not go off the deep (dish) end.

     I'll keep you posted of my progress.  If you've run across a great health, nutrition, or exercise site, I'd love to hear about it.
