Introducing "Code Name: TPR"

     TPR:  Taking Personal Responsibility

TPR is a movement, a mission, a lifestyle.   TPR is no longer blaming anyone for your poor choices of the past.  It is admitting that positive change can only begin with you; not the government, your boss, or significant other.

Membership to Code Name:  TPR is free and open to anyone that wants to learn, grow, and improve.  Everyone is welcome.

The Facebook community page is currently being developed, but I would be honored to have you "like" the page in its "bare bones" state.  You can find it here.

Code Name:  TPR is something that I have been thinking about for a couple of years and am excited that it is coming to life.  Not to sound cliche, but life is short.  I will definitely need your help changing the world, one life at a time!

The #1 characteristic you must have to be successful (1 minute read)

I revisited my first motivational recording (a cassette at the time) from Brian Tracy and was truly blown away.  The first sentence was so profound that I had to share it.

The number 1 characteristic of ALL successful people is self-discipline.

Think about how your life would be positively affected with a new approach to food, money, health, fitness, relationships, and your career?

In celebration of self-discipline, I've adopted a new personal motto or catch phrase to live by:  "No excuses.  Make it happen!"

I wish you well in 2011 and if you see me slacking, please let me know!
