In my quest for ultimate health and nutrition, I was thankful to receive a recommendation from my good friend, Sean Seaberg. Sean not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. (Experience Sean & Boom! Athletics at http://www.facebook.com/BOOMATHLETICS) He encouraged me to check out a 30-day challenge called Whole9. Whole 9, a.k.a. The Whole 30 Program, available at http://whole9life.com/, is simple to grasp, but life changing.
After getting acquainted with Whole9, I wanted to find out more. I didn't realize that there was an entire nutritional movement called Paleo. I'm currently reading The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf. Eye-opening!
I also stumbled upon The Paleo Recipe Book. I absolutely love to cook, but need step-by-step guidance in the kitchen. This 395 page Paleo Cookbook is available at http://trackerboard.com/go.php?id=8790
If you're wondering what this Paleo stuff is all about, I encourage you to check out the resources above.
My ultimate goal is to be in optimum shape by September of 2012. As I compose this, I still have over 10 months to prepare, focus, and succeed. With all this good info, how can I go wrong?
